Once the order is picked up by the courier, it is considered ‘shipped’. Once an order is shipped, it can take an additional 1-9 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for delivery. The amount of additional time for delivery will depend on the method of shipping selected. Once order ships, an email with tracking information will be sent to you automatically. If you check out as a guest, tracking information will not be available.

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

DOES YOUR SHOP SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we ship international. You can order from anywhere in the world and have our products arrive right to you. Cost is applied during the checkout process of your order.

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE WELL PACKAGED?

Yes! Your package will be very well packaged and will be sent with all the necessary care

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

Your parcel takes 1-7 days to arrive to you because it depend the shipping methods your want. we use normal shipping which is 7-14 days delivery, express delivery delivery which is 2-3 days delivery and we have express overnight delivery which is within 24 hours delivery.

Once your order is shipped you receive a confirmation from the delivery company and the tracking number for you to track and locate your parcel at any time before it arrives to you.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept payment through bank transfer, Zelle Pay, CashApp, Western union, MoneyGram, and Bitcoin.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?

It is possible to change an order that has not yet shipped (note that orders generally ship within 18 hours after confirmation of your payment). If you would like to change your order, please Email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

DOES YOUR SHOP ACCEPT RETURNS?
When you receive your package, be sure to check the items to make sure they are contain the right chemical. We will provide a refund for or replace spilled or wrong compound. Please return the items in their original packaging within 10 days. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.
 
In your return package please include: 
  • The original packing slip 
  • A note telling us what the problem was 
  • A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item. 
 
Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned product is found to be the right one, a 50% restocking fee will be applied. Allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. Refunds will be applied to your payment account.
